This product includes 4 assessments to be completed over the period of 1 year (recommended every 3 months).  All 4 assessments must be for the same athlete.

How to complete the assessment:

• A link with instructions to complete the assessment will be sent to your email.
• Upon completion of the assessment, you must email us the data file.
• You will receive a report of your assessment within 3 business days.
